The Express is the legal weekly newspaper for Southern Saratoga and Northern Rensselaer Counties in upstate New York. 

As the sole designer I am responsible for the complete layout and output.

Tasks include:

• Selecting, editing, retouching, press-conversion and placement of all photos
• Placement of all articles including news stories, human-interest, obituaries, recipes, pet adoptions, calendar notices, legal advertisements, classifieds, sports layouts and more. 
  
• Create and place all new advertisements and updates for over 550 vendors
• Output for Print and Web
• File management and archiving for 200+ unique elements per issue
